Tabling at local fairs, festivals, farmers markets and other events is a great way to raise visibility, register new voters, talk to swing voters and sign up new volunteers.  Use the following check list to plan ahead, pool your campaign gear orders with other groups to buy in bulk and use the donations to buy more gear for more events.

Tabling Checklist

O  Table space reservation/permission/fee paid (if applicable)
O  Event rules on tabling/booth (if applicable)
O  Folding table
O  Large tent (if necessary)
O  Table visibility signs/banner/decoration
O  Campaign literature
O  Clipboards and ink pens
O  Volunteer sign up sheets (Name/Email/Phone #)
O  Voter registration forms
O  Donation forms/envelopes (large donations)
O  Donation container (small donations)
O  Lapel stickers
O  Buttons
O  Bumper stickers
O  Rally Signs

Optional items:

O  T-shirts
O  Yard signs
O  Folding chairs
O  Water
O  Candy
O  Camera
O  Tape, binder clips, twine/rope, scissors, knife, marker etc.
